B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Provides Flexible Stock Counting Software for Brill Shoe Industries

Rishon Letzion, Israel – January 18, 2010 – B.O.S.  Better Online Solutions Ltd. (“BOS” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BOSC) today announced that it has completed a project to provide Brill Shoe Industries Ltd. (“Brill”) with software to manage its inventory counting at its stores across the country. Brill is Israel’s largest shoe company, with a retail chain of 150 stores under the brand names Gali, Nine West and Solog.

BOS provided Brill with its BOS ID software platform and mobile handhelds and barcode printers from Intermec, enabling Brill’s staff to effectively conduct inventory counts at each store. Using the handhelds and the BOS ID software, stock counting managers have an efficient, automatic tool to analyze discrepancies and view the progress of the count, stated Maya Rantzer, Director of Operations for Brill.

“BOS ID has brought us tremendous cost savings, in the amount of hundreds of thousands of dollars,” she added, explaining that previously the chain had to outsource its stock counting and fees were charged per item. “With BOS ID, we can conduct stock counting ourselves, which makes a tremendous difference.”

B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Delivers Logistics Management Solution for IKEA Israel

Rishon Letzion, Israel — December 22, 2010 — B.O.S.  Better Online Solutions Ltd. (“BOS”) (NASDAQ: BOSC) today announced the successful implementation and delivery of a logistics management system for IKEA Israel’s two stores and warehouse.

The BOS solution provides IKEA with an optimized data collection process for conducting inventory stock taking, receiving goods from suppliers, transferring inventory between stores, replacing out-of-stock items, and a variety of IKEA’s other fulfillment needs. BOS designed its system to interface with IKEA’s worldwide Navision ERP system.

The logistics management solution implemented by BOS utilizes the proprietary BOS ID software platform used to assemble applications for identification management, as well as mobile terminals to collect the data.

BOS generated approximately $100,000 in revenues from this project.

B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Provides Turnkey Warehouse Management Solution to BEE Group

Rishon Letzion, Israel – December 14, 2010 – B.O.S.  Better Online Solutions Ltd. (“BOS” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BOSC) today announced that it has been selected to provide the BEE Group (“BEE”) with a turnkey warehouse management solution for BEE’s logistics warehouse in Kiryat Malachi. This facility serves as BEE’s central warehouse from which it supplies goods and services to the 180 stores in its retail chain, under the brand names Kfar Hasha’ashuim, Vardinon, Dr. Baby, Sheshet, Naaman, and Hakol B’Dollar.

BOS’ warehouse management solution includes the Company’s BOS ID software platform, as well as wireless infrastructure and hardware from Intermec and Motorola, such as mobile handhelds, vehicle-mounted rugged terminals, and barcode printers. Over 60 warehouse employees can simultaneously use mobile terminals with the BOS ID software for activities such as inventory counting, picking, stock taking, receiving stock from suppliers, and transferring goods from one place in the logistics center to another. The BOS solution integrates seamlessly with BEE’s ERP system, SAP Business One.

The project is expected to generate over $250,000 in revenues for BOS during the first quarter of 2011.
