BOS Appoints Gerard Limat to its Board of Directors.

Gerard Limat has been appointed to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Limat is a Certified Public Accountant. His career includes more than 40 years of business management experience with the Dassault Group ever
since joining in 1968. He has served in a variety of executive positions with the Dassault Group including industrial activity with Dassault Falcon Jet
Teterboro and Little Rock as well as with Dassault Aviation; Mr. Limat was engaged also in financial activity serving as board member of Generale
Imobiliere Dassault and as board member of Cendres et Metaux.
