TERADYON, Israel–(BUSINESS WIRE)–June 30, 2005–B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Ltd. (“BOS” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BOSC), (TASE: BOSC), announced today the completion of its private placement offering under which the Company received approximately $1.7 million, and an additional $500,000 will be received within 30 days, for a total investment of nearly $2.2 million. The investors who participated in the investment round included the Catalyst Fund L.P., an Israeli fund which is the Company’s largest shareholder; European investors – Brada Investments Limited, Vamos Inc., Arizona Maritime Inc., and Egean Financiera Corporation; and an Israeli institutional investor – Meitav Gemel Ltd.
