Yuval Viner
CEO, BOS Group
Mr. Viner joined Dimex Systems Ltd. in 1993 and was appointed its CEO in 2000, where he helped develop the company into Israel's leading provider of AIDC solutions. He joined BOS as part of the Dimex acquisition, and he is today responsible for overseeing all of the sales, marketing, R&D and engineering aspects of the BOS RFID and Mobile Solutions division. Mr. Viner has a degree in industrial engineering and management and systems analysis from the Practical Engineering Academy of Tel Aviv.
Avidan Zelicovsky
President, BOS Group
Mr. Zelicovsky joined Odem in 1996 and became its CEO in 2005. He holds a B.A. in business administration from the Tel Aviv College of Management and an LL.M. from Ben Gurion University.
Eyal Cohen
Chief Financial Officer, BOS Group
Mr. Cohen was appointed the Company's Chief Financial Officer in January, 2007. From 2004 through 2006, he served as the Company's controller, and prior to that held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Cellact Ltd. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Cohen was the controller of e-SIM Ltd. (NASDAQ:ESIMF) and from 1995 to 1997 he served as an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Cohen holds a B.A. in accounting and business administration from the College of Management in Tel-Aviv. He is a certified public accountant in Israel and in the United States.
